Today April 26, 2021, we participated in a one day Stakeholder Dialogue on Gender Equality and Women Empowerment; a project intended to end violence against women and girls in Grand Bassa County, Republic of Liberia.
The activity was organized by Partnership for Sustainable Development with support from UNWOMEN.
The project which is aimed at ending all forms of violence against women and girls in Liberia; especially Grand Bassa, Margibi and Gbapolu counties is being implemented in partnership with CBOs and Civil Society groups in these counties.
As an institution committed to peacebuilding and conflict prevention, it is part of responsibilities to ensure that all humans are given equal justice under the law; irrespective of their tribes, colors, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
